Responsibilities:

  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
  • Provide one-to-one support to students who require additional assistance.
  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and help to implement individual education plans (IEPs).

  • Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the school and its students.
