We have an excellent position available with a leading housing association in Doncaster, dedicated to providing high-quality homes and services to tenants. We are seeking a skilled and qualified Electrician to join our repairs and maintenance team, working across void and tenanted homes to ensure the safety and comfort of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in line with regulatory standards
- Inspect, test, and certify electrical installations
- Ensure all safety procedures and risk assessments are followed
- Respond to emergency call-outs as needed and handle repairs
- Work closely with the maintenance team and housing officers
- Keep accurate records of all work completed
The hourly pay rate for this role is 20.62 Ltd (PAYE equivalent 17.58 Inclusive of holiday).
You will need;
- City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent
- 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Proven experience in repairs, maintenance, and fault finding
