Sharp Consultancy are proudly working with a leading service specialist in Doncaster, in their search for a Finance Manager to join their Finance team and report into the Finance Director.
This position will continue to evolve as time goes on, ultimately providing significant growth into a senior role within the business whereby influencing and providing insights to support decision making at both strategic and operational level.
The Finance Manager will be a true 'BusinessPartner’, integrating into the business and providing real value through the provision of quality, timely and accurate information, highlighting issues and trends.
Duties and responsibilities of a Finance Manager includes:
- Production of statutory accounts for all entities and subsidiaries
- Responsibility for financial accounting and input to the monthly management reporting
- Point of contact with auditors
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Treasury management / responsibility
- Preparation of tax
- Cashflow forecasting
- VAT returns
- Fixed Asset management
Person specification
- Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Demonstrate being a team player working alongside other functions
- Excellent use of communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good system skills - specifically Excel
