Junior Finance Business Partner
Seeking a finance professional skilled in delivering management accounts, conducting balance sheet reconciliations, and producing timely financial information. Adept at communicating financial concepts to non-finance colleagues, with a strong customer focus and a commitment to service improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnering with non-financial stakeholders, based across multi-sites

Support month-end processes through budget holder meetings, journal processing, and preparation of reconciliations and reports

Conduct internal financial audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and value for money practices

Provide support to purchase and income ledger functions as needed

Assist with treasury matters

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

Experience in a busy finance environment in a similar role

Strong organisational and time management skills

Effective communication at all levels, with the ability to simplify financial concepts for non-finance colleagues

Flexible, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team

Experience with management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis

Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel

Willingness to take on tasks outside of direct job role and challenge existing processes
Education & Qualifications:
-
ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified or equivalent

Currently studying towards a CCAB qualification or equivalent, or qualified by experience

Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
