Red Rock Partnership are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in Doncaster who are looking for Frame Assembler to join their busy team.

About The Role:

The role of the Frame Assembler is a key role within company, where the primary responsibility is manufacturing the product frame prior to it being upholstered. The role involves constructing a variety of frames, as per quality standard specification using wood and tools. To assist other members of the department when necessary.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 05.30am to 13.45pm.

Pay rate: 14.04 per hour plus performance bonus and comprehensive benefits

1000 Retention bonus after 12 months, T&Cs apply

Roles and Responsibilities:

Attain the necessary production target at the acceptable level of quality.

Check on components/materials to ensure they meet specification. If defects are found, report to the supervisor with relevant information.

Manufacture units or parts to specification using tools supplied.

To ensure that all specification requirements are met without defects

To be flexible when operating within the production process If required, assist in training employees with unfamiliar work

Ensure product is compliant with companies policy and procedures.

Work as an effective and efficient team.

About you:

Previous exposure to a role in joinery or carpentry is essential

Previous experience in manufacturing would be desirable

Be able to demonstrate good use of hand and power tools, including 'Air pressure' tools.

Near Vision -- The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).

Self-motivated, enthusiastic and realistic

Static Strength -- The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects.

Competent in joinery/carpentry

Quick thinking, organised and methodical paying attention to detail.

Able to multitask and work under pressure.
