The company were established in 1990 and have the same owner. The majority of their work is fit-out in the hospitality sector. The projects are typically refubishments and fast track fit-outs of pubs, restaurants, bars, hotels and commercial office space. This spans from their design of projects through to interal operating systems.

The Role

    • Be the initial point of contact for estimating enquiries assessing size of project.
    • The ability to lead and create inspirational design concepts and schemes through mood imagery and effectively communicate them to the client.
    • Commercial awareness and ability to set up excel schedules, complete quotations and control FF&E budgets for individual interior packages.
    • The capability of quality controlling all aspects of the design process, procurement & supply chain.
    • Ensure work is planned and estimates are completed in a timely manner.
    • Keeping up to date with emerging trends in the hospitality sector is a must.
    • Up to date knowledge of furniture, lighting suppliers and their products on varied budgets
    • Effective negotiation skills and ability to build supplier and client relationships
    • Experience on project stages from conception to completion
    • Provide margin analysis at point of tender return/adjudication with Commercial Director
    • Ability to build effective working relations with people at all levels across Revivalist, the Concorde BGW Group and externally.
    • Responsible for ensuring all costs/variations throughout the project are captured and communicated to the team internally and externally.
    • Assist with managing projects efficiently, within schedule and within budget in close co-operation with the project team to help deliver projects on time.
    • Ability to manage time and work flow of projects efficiently.
    • Provide detailed subcontractor and material supplier cost analysis, ensuring compliance and best value.
