Seeking an experienced Account Handler to support covering commercial, motor, property and liability.

The Role:

Manage a portfolio of client accounts, providing high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Liaise between clients and insurance providers, negotiating terms and managing renewals to secure the best coverage options.
Process all insurance documentation accurately, including policies, amendments, and renewals.
Conduct thorough needs analyses to recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, providing expert advice and support.
Maintain up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

About You:

Proven experience as an Insurance Account Handler, within commercial, motor, property or liability
Strong understanding of various insurance products, including commercial and personal lines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
