Are you a passionate and innovative Design & Technology Teacher looking for your next opportunity? We're recruiting on behalf of a reputable secondary school in the DN14 area, seeking a dedicated DT teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from December.



The Role:

As a DT Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons across KS3 and KS4, inspiring students in all aspects of Design & Technology.
  • Tailor lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners, ensuring all students are supported to reach their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider teaching staff and contribute to the department's continued success.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress in line with school policy.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.


What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Specialism in Design & Technology, with experience teaching across KS3 and KS4.
  • A genuine passion for DT and a commitment to inspiring students in this subject.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • The ability to start in December and commit to a full-time, long-term role.
