Are you a passionate and innovative Design & Technology Teacher looking for your next opportunity? We're recruiting on behalf of a reputable secondary school in the DN14 area, seeking a dedicated DT teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from December.
The Role:
As a DT Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons across KS3 and KS4, inspiring students in all aspects of Design & Technology.
- Tailor lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners, ensuring all students are supported to reach their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with the wider teaching staff and contribute to the department's continued success.
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress in line with school policy.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Specialism in Design & Technology, with experience teaching across KS3 and KS4.
- A genuine passion for DT and a commitment to inspiring students in this subject.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- The ability to start in December and commit to a full-time, long-term role.
