I highly successful employer of choice in the Doncaster area are seeking a dynamic and commercially focused Operations Finance Business Partner to provide strategic financial insight and operational support across multiple business functions. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with site leaders and operational teams to drive performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with site leadership to identify financial opportunities, manage risks, and challenge processes.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting with variance analysis and performance insights.
  • Provide cost analysis and financial reviews to inform business decisions and track variances.
  • Deliver product costings, manage ICL pricing, and support Capex reporting and spend tracking.
  • Ensure inventory is accurately accounted for and controls are robust.
  • Support strategic planning, cash flow forecasting, and preparation for business performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics team to manage distribution costs and drive cost efficiencies.
  • Mentor and develop junior Finance team members while ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards.

About You:

  • Proven experience in operational finance and business partnering within a complex environment.
  • Strong analytical and decision-support skills with a focus on process improvement.
  • Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Leadership experience and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
