Elevation Procurement & Supply Chain are delighted to be parted with a leading FMCG Manufacturing group, seeking to recruit their new Procurement Systems & Data Manager, based at their manufacturing facility in Doncaster.Role Purpose:To be responsible for developing procurement processes and improving the quality of data, to create reports and dashboards that analyse data, with a view to delivering intelligence that monitors and identifies procurement performance across group.The aim is to create value through lean transformation and operation excellence across both sourcing to pay and purchase to pay.This role will be working with the wider procurement team and will take a lead role in the planning, development and administration of procurement systems together with collecting, managing and maintaining a consistent and accurate data within the system solution which can be used to make reliable and informative procurement decision by the business.Core areas of responsibility:• To improve and introduce standard processes and procedures for S2P and P2P across the Group • To proactively identify opportunities to processes and systems • Complete SLA’s & KPI’s reporting (both procurement and suppliers) • Analysing and presenting procurement data to identify areas of non-compliance or areas of opportunity, including but not limited to audits and other regulatory requests. • Create and present data to procurement team and wider stakeholder network.• Gather, analyse, interpret, and advise on market intelligence • Develop and maintain effective relationships across the different businesses to ensure full buy-in to the purchasing strategy and targets • Produce business process procedure documents and associated training material, guides and manuals • Ensure full compliance in the execution of procurement policies and procedures • Introduce processes to aid scope emission reportingBackground requirements:Experience & depth of understanding in both S2P and P2P processes Trained and experience in change management, process mapping, analytics, advanced MS Excel skills, and presenting. Previous experience in external market data analysis is beneficial Previous experience in a similar role, with strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to travel across the group regularly and be office basedCir £60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + PackageHybrid / flexible working pattern. Ready to make a difference?
