About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Teacher for a secondary school located in the Doncaster area. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to join a vibrant and supportive team on a full-time basis. The role is to start immediately, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and inspire students to achieve their best in Business Studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in Business Studies to KS3, KS4, and potentially KS5 students
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to varying levels of ability
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Contribute to the overall ethos and values of the school
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the department
- Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and success
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Strong subject knowledge in Business Studies, ideally with experience teaching at secondary level
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Passion for teaching and motivating young people to excel
- Ability to start immediately and commit to a full-time role
- Working hours - 08:00am - 3:30pm
