A fast paced retail business with 10 sites in the UK approx 280 staff with head office based in Doncaster.
Description
- Responsible for all aspects of HR including: Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Recruitment, Onboarding, Induction and Training, Oversea Payroll.
- Manage and develop the HR Advisor as a direct report
- Working with the Senior Leadership team in order to deliver company objectives through people.
- Coach, guide and upskill managers.
- Oversea monthly payroll
- Site based being visible in the business
Profile
A successful HR Manager should have:
- Be operating at HR Manager level
- Have worked in a generalist HR responsible for all aspects of HR
- Strong Employment Law knowledge
- Have payroll knowledge and responsibilities
- Can be based 5 days per week in Sheffield
- Some travel to other sites as and when required with use of hire car
Job Offer
- Competitive salary range of £40-50k FTE
