The local housing association is seeking a HR Advisor for a 6 to 8 week contract, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm in a hybrid setting.
Candidates should have a CIPD Level 5 qualification and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
The role focuses on employee relations and absence management, requiring the advisor to handle casework and coach employees on HR policies.
The position offers a pay rate of £18.10 per hour and involves various administrative duties and support for recruitment activities.
The HR Advisor will also contribute to the delivery of the People strategy and attend meetings with employees.

A local housing association are in search of a HR Advisor to support them. This role will be mainly focusing on ER & Absence management

Undertake employee relations activities and ensuring you are following policies and procedures
Advise employees on any questions or queries they have
Handle the casework of absence management
Coach, Mentor and support with training and implementing HR policies
Ensuring records are accurate and up to date
Contribute to the delivery of People strategy and HR delivery plan
Support with any needed recruitment activity
Attend meetings with employees
Admin duties
