- Provide guidance and coaching to Divisional Managers on talent management, employee relations, performance management and HR compliance
- Develop and deliver HR training programmes to improve manager capabilities and employee engagement
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure that HR polices and practices are aligned with company values and culture
- Manage HR projects and initiatives that support business objectives
- Partner with the business to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
