The Role
As a Senior Applications Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the business applications landscape, ensuring the smooth operation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related systems. You will act as the go-to expert for system improvements, user support, and project implementation.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting & Enhancing Business Applications - Manage, troubleshoot, and optimise Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business needs.
- Providing escalated support - Resolve escalated application issues and liaise with third-party vendors to ensure seamless performance.
- CRM System Development - Work with stakeholders to identify improvements, enhance functionality, and implement small-scale changes.
- User Training & Documentation - Assist in delivering training and producing guides to maximise system adoption.
- Project Involvement - Contribute to system upgrades, migrations, and application rollouts.
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in an enterprise environment.
- Hands-on expertise with CRM configuration, workflows, and user management.
- Ability to troubleshoot application issues and liaise with third-party support providers.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is desirable.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Previous experience in business applications support, CRM administration, or similar.
