Utilities Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a transport company to recruit a Utilities Manager to join their Doncaster team.

Salary: up to £55,000 Depending on experience + car allowance

Hybrid working option is available

This Utilities Manager role will focus on creating and implementing an optimisation strategy to reduce cost, maximise gains, and introduce sustainability measures and opportunities.

Our client is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Utilities Manager, who is up to date in current sustainability practices and future opportunities, andwho will add value and introduce innovation to the company.

Duties of the Utilities Manager will include:

• Create a Utilities Optimisation Strategy to secure cost efficiencies and implement sustainability measures
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage new supplies, disconnections, submeter installations and ‘Change of Tenancies
• Deliver a Planned Program of Maintenance across all utilities infrastructure
• Deliver utilities’ budgets and forecasting

We are keen to speak with Utilities Managers with the following skills/experiences:

• Experience in the Utilities and FM industry
• NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safely qualified
• Strong background within  a similar industry

Due to the travel required for the role, candidates need a Full Driving License.
