Description
- Leading and supervising the Quality Assurance team.
- Ensuring all products meet the required quality standards.
- Implementing and managing quality control systems.
- Coordinating with internal teams to improve product quality.
- Addressing customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.
- Training staff on quality assurance procedures.
- Preparing and presenting quality reports to senior management.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of quality management systems.
Profile
A successful Deputy Quality Manager should have:
- An academic background in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Quality Assurance role within the FMCG industry.
