- Dealing with claims of short/damaged goods Arrange and process through all returns.
- Interaction daily with stock control at all UK Warehouses.
- Interaction with end customers for DOS returns and completion correctly.
- Physical stock checks in the warehouse.
- Carrier claims.
- Recall uplifts if required.
- Stock control interaction with clients request for inventory discrepancies both verbally and physically.
- Interaction with all warehouse operations, both verbally and physically.
- Dealing with any mislabelled cartons, lost and found cartons, etc.
- Ensuring all training and updates to training completed.
- Control and respond to all insurance claims.
- Liaise with all departments to conclude any relevant investigations.
- Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines in place.
- Experience working in a customer service led & administrative role.
- Able to take in information quickly and accurately.
- Ability to be organised to prioritise workload.
- Able to work alone and in part of a wider team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to organise, administer, plan and prioritise effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible in their approach.
