Looking for a new exciting opportunity with a small, growing broker?

We are excited to be supporting a successful Insurance Broker based in South Yorkshire.

Seeking an experienced claims handler to support with all claims, covering commercial, motor, property and liability.

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Insurance claims - including motor
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Acturis Software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using claims management software and other relevant tools
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
  • A full, clean UK driving license and access to a vehicle (Preferred) 

The Role:

  • Investigate and evaluate insurance claims to determine coverage and liability across various sectors including motor trade, liability, and property insurance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to facilitate clear and concise information exchange.
  • Ensure all claims are processed in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims and related documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the claims process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Identify and report any potential fraud or suspicious activities to safeguard company interests.
