This is an incredibly exciting and unique opportunity to work for an 'In House' Pension team and on the UK's very first Collective DC Pension Plan!

Role responsibilities

  • The main focus will be to lead the delivery of all professional scheme governance and compliance for the new Collective Pension Plan
  • Ensuring the scheme aligns with current and emerging UK Pensions framework, Master Trust regulations for Collective DC schemes and Collective Plan scheme rules
  • Be responsible for 3 direct reports whilst working in and acting as a lead point of contact within a larger Pensions team
  • Build strong relationships internally to ensure effective and smooth delivery

Role requirements

  • Extensive experience of UK Pension schemes with particularly strong knowledge across Defined Contribution and Master Trust schemes
  • A proven ability operating at a senior level, influencing stakeholders and building strong and collaborative partnerships
  • Previous experience of successfully working with scheme governance ensuring all rules and regulations are complied with
  • A track record of successfully delivering solutions
