Description
The Employment Solicitor will be responsible for:?
- Developing and updating employment policies, procedures, and contracts.?
- Managing disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring compliance with legal standards.?
- Handling employment tribunal claims, including conducting advocacy.?
- Providing training to internal stakeholders to enhance understanding of employment law.?
- Monitoring and advising on changes in employment legislation.
Profile
The Employment Solicitor should be:?
- A qualified solicitor or equivalent with 3+ years PQE.?
- Experienced in handling respondent employment matters.?
- Proficient in managing tribunal claims and ideally conducting advocacy but not essential. ?
- Skilled in developing and implementing employment policies and procedures.?
- Adept at delivering training and upskilling initiatives.
