Description

The Employment Solicitor will be responsible for:?

  • Developing and updating employment policies, procedures, and contracts.?
  • Managing disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring compliance with legal standards.?
  • Handling employment tribunal claims, including conducting advocacy.?
  • Providing training to internal stakeholders to enhance understanding of employment law.?
  • Monitoring and advising on changes in employment legislation.

Profile

The Employment Solicitor should be:?

  • A qualified solicitor or equivalent with 3+ years PQE.?
  • Experienced in handling respondent employment matters.?
  • Proficient in managing tribunal claims and ideally conducting advocacy but not essential. ?
  • Skilled in developing and implementing employment policies and procedures.?
  • Adept at delivering training and upskilling initiatives.
