Due to the continued growth of their team, they are now looking for a skilled Private Client Fee Earner/Solicitor to join their dynamic and supportive team of 7. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse caseload while receiving the support needed to develop your career further. The position is open to both full-time and part-time candidates, providing flexibility for the right person.Your Responsibilities Will Include:Managing a varied caseload, including estate administration, probate instructions, and inheritance tax planning Drafting and reviewing wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA's) Providing expert advice on probate matters and guiding clients through the probate process Liaising with clients, third parties, and other professionals to ensure the smooth handling of matters Working with an experienced team to deliver the highest standard of service in all aspects of private client workAbout You:Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent experience) with a strong background in private client law Experience in estate administration, probate, inheritance tax planning, wills, and LPAs Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues Highly organised and able to manage a busy caseload effectively A client-focused approach, with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic Flexible and willing to work either full-time or part-timeHow to Apply:If you're interested in this opportunity, click the apply button.
