Job description: One of our distinguished clients in South Yorkshire are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Locum to join their team on an ongoing basis.

The client is looking for someone on a full-time basis, whilst offering a hybrid working arrangement.

Duties

  • Handling a standard caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters with minimal supervision from inception to completion
  • Dealing with both sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold files
  • Ability to use Sovereign LAW (case management system) is ideal, but not required

Hourly rate: DOE (outside IR35)
