The successful candidates will gain invaluable exposure to high-volume case management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for:Monitoring incoming claims related to Commercial and Property Damages, ensuring all claims are handled in a timely and professional manner Managing a caseload of legal recovery files arising from property damages, overseeing each case from start to finish Qualifying and processing claims, including the transition from initial claims to litigation if a settlement cannot be reached Leading settlement negotiations, with the ability to escalate to litigation when necessary Conducting investigative work, including analysing claim value, reviewing planning maps, and assessing damages Liaising with clients to obtain necessary information and drafting statements as part of the claim process Maintaining accurate case records through a case management system, ensuring that all claims are managed in compliance with company proceduresTo Apply, You Will Need to Meet the Following Criteria:Previous exposure to Civil or Commercial Disputes, preferably in the context of Property Damage or Legal Recovery Proven legal experience in a similar role Ability to manage a high volume of cases efficiently and effectively Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a teamCRA Legal follow strict best practice recruitment guidelines monitored by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).
