We are working with a highly reputable law firm in South Yorkshire who are seeking a Trade Mark Paralegal to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

What experience will you need? For this role, you will need previous experience working within a similar trade mark formalities position - ideally you will have at least a years’ experience. A CITMA qualification would be looked upon favourably. However, this might not be essential if you have a wealth of experience within trade mark support. Additionally, you should be a highly organised individual who is able to effectively meet deadlines.

Duties will be varied and will include:

  • Completing trade mark forms and filing with IPOs.
  • Adding new cases on to the system and maintaining existing cases.
  • Noting important deadlines and ensuring these are met.
  • Liaising with clients, updating them on their cases and obtaining any relevant information / documentation.
  • Preparing cost quotes for clients.
  • Acknowledging client instructions.
