Elevation Recruitment Group HR Division are currently working with a specialist manufacturing company based in Doncaster who are looking for a HR Administrator on a part-time, permanent basis.

The company design and develop engineered products for a wide variety of blue-chip companies in the automotive industry. This is a newly created role and will report into the Management Accountant, this is a standalone HR role with the support of an external HR consultancy. 

  • Part-Time - Circa 25 Hours across 4 Days (Flexibility on Hours)
  • FTE £28,000 - £30,000
  • Free Onsite Car Parking

The HR Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Ensure all new starters are issued with a new starter pack, contract of employment and a company health and safety induction has been arranged 
  • Oversee new starters’ onboarding and induction process
  • Update the new starters’ probationary period review diary and ensure the meetings are arranged and documented within deadlines
  • Oversee the Apprenticeship Scheme by liaising with college reps, completing application forms and enrolment
  • Liaise with the Payroll Officer with regards to new starters and leavers, changes to employment terms and conditions, to ensure the weekly and monthly payroll is processed accurately
  • Liaise with supervisors to arrange, attend and document disciplinaries, performance management, One-to-Ones and staff welfare meetings and follow up within the agreed timescales where necessary
  • Control and maintain clocking in data, ensuring all staff are clocking in and liaising with supervisors with regards to absenteeism and lateness
