We are seeking a dedicated Reliability Engineer to join our Engineering & Manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the continuous operation of our FMCG production lines.

Description

  • Developing and implementing a maintenance strategy that matches the mission, vision, and values of the company.
  • Identifying and managing asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations.
  • Providing technical and engineering support for day-to-day preventive and predictive maintenance functions.
  • Optimising the life cycle costs of equipment and systems, and ensuring their availability.
  • Developing and implementing key performance indicators to track progress and effectiveness of maintenance activities.
  • Participating in cross-functional teams to address and resolve manufacturing and production issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable industry standards and regulations.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.

Profile

A successful 'Reliability Engineer' should have:

  • A relevant engineering qualification
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
