Description
- Supervise the production process to ensure efficiency & quality
- Lead and mentor a team to achieve set targets
- Maintain safety standards inline with policy
- Identify areas of process improvement
- Support with planning of production schedule
- Problem solve issues or delays in production
Profile
- A education in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
