The salary for this position ranges from £30,000 to £35,000, with a Monday to Friday day shift schedule.
The ideal candidate should have previous leadership experience in a high-volume, multi-functional manufacturing environment, ideally in wood or timber manufacturing.
Key responsibilities include leading and developing production operatives, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring efficient production processes.
Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a safety-first approach are essential for this role.

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a Doncaster based manufacturer to recruit a Production Supervisor.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Hours: Monday to Friday - day shift only

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring high quality and optimal efficiency.

Duties of the Production Supervisor will include:

Lead, mentor and develop production operatives
Promote and develop a culture of continuous improvement
Identify opportunities to improve production efficiencies and take corrective actions
Coordinate, train and develop all production operatives
Ensure efficient production processes and a high quality accurate output
Ensure appropriate resources are in place to support the daily workload

We are keen to speak with Production Supervisors with the following skills:

Previous leadership experience within a high volume, multi-functional manufacturing environment
Ideally experience in wood/timber manufacturing
Focussed people and process leader
Team Player
A safety-first approach with a strong grasp of quality
Strong communication skills
Excellent problem-solver
