We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join their dynamic team. Procurement Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers, including negotiating terms and addressing performance issues
  • Material Sourcing: Develop cost-effective sourcing strategies, ensuring materials meet project specifications and quality standards
  • Cost Control: Manage project budgets for procurement activities, identify cost-saving opportunities, and monitor budget variances
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and other departments to align procurement activities with project timelines and manage inventory levels
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks, while staying updated on market trends that may impact decisions
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Procurement Administration: Raise purchase orders, prepare metrics, expedite deliveries, and assist with RFQs, NDAs, and other administrative tasks

Procurement Administrator Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a busy administrative role
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workload
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
