Location: Doncaster
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DoE) + Bonus
Are you an ambitious Junior Quantity Surveyor looking for a role with a clear pathway to Commercial Manager? Our client, a leading construction firm, is seeking a commercially minded QS to support key projects in Doncaster while developing the skills needed to take the next step in their career.
The Role:
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and procurement strategies.
- Support contract management, valuations, and variations to optimize project profitability.
- Conduct risk assessments and cost control under the guidance of senior team members.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
- Gain hands-on experience in commercial management, preparing for future leadership responsibilities.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
- Familiarity with JCT & NEC contracts.

Desirables:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
- Working towards RICS or CIOB membership.
