Property Manager - Doncaster (Hybrid) - c£38k

We’re working with a very long established, independent, multi-office firm of Chartered Surveyors & property consultants who are looking to hire an additional full time Property Manager as follows:

Working mostly home based (3-4 days per week), reporting in to a Doncaster office (1 day per week).

Overseeing a long held portfolio of blocks (17 total) situated across South & West Yorkshire, undertaking the full range of duties from budget setting to insurance provision, AGM’s and major works, liaison with in-house teams as required (Accounts, Surveying etc.)

Providing an excellent, accountable service to residents and clients

IRPM qualification beneficial but not essential - our client is happy to support study in post.

There is scope for the successful Property Manager to become involved in new business, contractor meetings and the review of systems and process.

Due to the portfolio/office locations, it is important that suitable property manager applicants live within 30-45 minutes’ drive of either.

Suitable Property Manager applicants will come from a stable career background, have 1-2 years block management experience and wish to progress their career in an independent, quality focused setting.

Salary for the successful Property Manager will start at up to £35k plus £3k car with 5 weeks holiday PLUS public + Christmas shutdown (not taken from leave entitlement)
