Job description: We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum to join one of our distinguished clients in South Yorkshire for a period of 3 months with the strong possibility of an extension.

The client is looking for someone on a full time basis, whilst the successful candidate will be able to attend the office each working.

Duties

Handling a standard caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters
Dealing with both sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold files
Supervising junior members of staff

Hourly rate: DOE (outside IR35)
