An opportunity exists for a Recruitment Consultant to join a team of three in an Industrial division aiming for growth.
The role involves combining business development with service and administration to provide temporary recruitment solutions locally.
Flexibility is necessary as the office rota includes varying start and finish times, with shared on-call duties.
Candidates should have a stable career history, strong knowledge of legislation, and a minimum of two years of experience in recruitment.
The salary is dependent on experience and can reach up to £30,000 basic plus bonus.

An opportunity to join an existing branch as a Recruitment Consultant and team of 3 to grow this Industrial division further than its current plan. With a positive and supportive Manager in post you will work together to ensure every client and candidate experience is first class. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be combining BD with service and admin supplying temporary recruitment solutions in the local area. On call is shared fairly and the office rota can mean early starts/early finish or later start time and 6pm finish so a degree of flexibility is required.
