Recruitment Consultant in the driving division!

Doncaster office based.

08.30 - 16.30 Monday - Friday.

We are looking for a 360 consultant to work with our very busy team.

Making appointments to see clients new and old.

An understanding of recruiting practices are required, but not necessarily from the driving sector, as that can be trained and guided on.

Dealing with supply of drivers from Van to HGV Class 1.

Looking after drivers and making sure we offer the work they want and matching accordingly.

Speaking to drivers regular to get their working week availability.

Speaking to clients to find out their requirements and help to grow.

Working on client relationships to grow the desk.

Visit sites and offer solutions to their recruiting needs.

Making calls to prospect clients and arranging meetings.

Updating the database of workers and clients.

Working as part of a growing team to createmore GP resulting in better bonus.

Bringing new ideas to the tablefor advertising, finding drivers and new clients.

Being able to bring new qualitiesto the team and guide and grow the desk.

On call service shared within the office, dealing with driver / customer queries.
