Academics Doncaster are seeking a committed School Catering Manager to support one of our client partner schools on the outskirts of Doncaster. This school has excellent transport links directly off the M62 motorway and is easily accessible for commuters.

School Catering Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to students and staff.
• Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
• Work effectively as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment managing a team of Catering Assistants.
• Use your initiative to handle tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Manage staff rotas and be able to delegate tasks effectively.

About You:

• You have experience as a School Catering Manager within a busy school kitchen or similar environment.
• You are reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
• You have strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• You have food health and safety qualification - essential.
• You are able to commute to Doncaster.
