About Us:
Join our clients dynamic team as anInternal Key Account Managerbased inDoncaster,where you will be the primary contact for key clients, ensuring strong relationships and consistent customer satisfaction. Our client is a growth-focused organisation and looking for someone with passion and hunger for overall company success

Role Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure client satisfaction
  • Act as first point of internal contact for all client accounts
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, maintaining close communication and building rapport.
  • Monitor client needs, proactively address issues, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise service delivery and exceed client expectations.
  • Provide regular reporting and account updates.
  • Manage a busy inbox
  • Assist the Sales Manager in sales meetings
  • Ensure all actions have been followed up
  • Ensuring the external Sales Rep has all the resources and customer information needed ahead of customer visits
  • Monitoring account spending trends, highlighting variances and assisting in creating a plan for account growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or sales
  • Sales driven with a commercially orientated mindset
  • Passion and hunger for success
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
