Account Manager Position Overview:

  • Act as the primary contact for key accounts
  • Manage and grow key accounts and expand the client relationship
  • Develop a key understanding of the needs of the client and their objectives to enable the product to achieve their objectives
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upsell within existing accounts
  • Drive product adoption and ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Qualities of a Successful Account Manager Candidate:

  • Previous experience as a senior account manager, strategic account manager, account manager
  • Experience working in the IT/software industry isdesirable
  • Customer focused and experience delivering exceptional customer service
  • Managing, maintaining and growing accounts
  • Experience working with B2B account management
  • Demonstrated success in sales or account management, with a preference for experience in a key account role.
