Are you an enthusiastic and passionate ICT Teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and forward-thinking secondary school in Doncaster, seeking an exceptional ICT Teacher to join their team from September.
About the Role:
As an ICT Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will inspire a love for technology and digital literacy, helping students develop essential ICT skills for their future careers. The school is committed to providing a supportive and collaborative environment, with excellent resources and facilities to enhance your teaching experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality ICT lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and success.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and share best practices in teaching and learning.
- Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities and events.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in ICT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for ICT education.
- Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest trends in technology and education.
