Academics are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Secondary School HLTAto work alongside us with our partner schools across Doncaster on a temporary supply basis. This role is perfect for someone who is degree-level trained (in any subject), is L4 HLTA qualified, or an ECT who is looking for flexible, long-term opportunities in education and training.

As a Secondary School HLTA in Doncaster, you will play a key role in supporting the learning and development of students.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons to classes of students across a range of subjects.

  • Managing classroom behaviour to ensure students are engaged and on-task.

  • Setting high expectations for all children to achieve their full potential.

  • Upholding all school policies and procedures to the highest standard.
