The ideal candidate will bring energy, resilience, and a genuine commitment to nurturing excluded or challenging pupils who need positive role models to guide them through their education.
Your Role:- Provide essential support to pupils with diverse special educational needs, ensuring they feel secure and valued.
- Assist in delivering tailored Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCPs) and Behaviour Plans.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships to engage students in learning.
- Foster independence, inclusivity, and confidence among pupils.
- Collaborate with teachers to maintain a positive, effective classroom environment.
- Competitive Pay: Daily rates of £84-£115 (inclusive of holiday pay), depending on experience.
