Description
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Work closely with the production team to improve production efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
Profile
- Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- An ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong focus on quality.
- Relevant engineering qualifications.
