Job Title: Employability Lecturer Location: South Yorkshire Type: Permanent - Full Time Salary: £25,000 - £27,500 Eden Brown are recruiting for an experienced Employability Tutor for a Training Provider in South Yorkshire.

This a homebased role with travel and when required around the South Yorkshire area.

As an Employability Tutor you will play a pivotal role in helping learners build essential employability skills, boosting their confidence, and preparing them for meaningful employment or further training. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging and tailored employability sessions to a diverse group of learners, covering topics such as CV writing, interview techniques, job search strategies, and workplace expectations. * Plan outstanding teaching and learning sessions that develop each learner's skills, knowledge and behaviours. This includes developing schemes of work, session plans and learner resources * Plan for and deliver throughout the learner journey, E&D, Safeguarding, Prevent and British Values content relevant to each learner. * Develop each leaners English and maths skills throughout the learner journey. * Assess individual learner needs and develop personalized action plans to enhance their employability skills. * Provide guidance, mentorship, and ongoing support to learners as they progress through the program. * Track and report learner progress, ensuring high standards of learning and achievement are met. * Collaborate with employers, job centers, and other partners to identify employment opportunities and support learners in securing work placements or jobs. * Stay updated on current job market trends and employer expectations to deliver relevant and effective training. Qualifications and Experience: * Teaching qualification at level 3 and willingness to work towards level 4 * 2 yrs experience delivering high quality employability provision * 2 yrs experience delivering high quality classroom room based provision * Experience working in a training or educational setting, ideally supporting learners in employability or career readiness. * Strong understanding of employability skills, job market trends, and the challenges facing job seekers.
