Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • A relevant qualification in Hair, Makeup, Beauty Therapy, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
  • Proven experience working in the hair and make up industry, with significant practical experience in hairdressing, beauty therapy, or makeup artistry.
  • Experience teaching or training within an educational or vocational setting is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage students.
  • A commitment to providing a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Desirable Skills & Attributes:
  • A passion for the hair and beauty industry, with a keen interest in new trends and techniques.
  • Ability to integrate both theoretical knowledge and practical skills into engaging lessons.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines.
