As a Hair and Makeup Lecturer, you will deliver engaging lessons, provide practical training, and ensure that students are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in this dynamic industry.

• Hours: 30 hours per week

• A relevant qualification in Hair, Makeup, Beauty Therapy, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
• Proven experience working in the hair and make up industry, with significant practical experience in hairdressing, beauty therapy, or makeup artistry.
• Experience teaching or training within an educational or vocational setting is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage students.
• A commitment to providing a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

• A passion for the hair and beauty industry, with a keen interest in new trends and techniques.
• Ability to integrate both theoretical knowledge and practical skills into engaging lessons.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines.
• Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• A proactive, student-focused approach to teaching and supporting learners.
