Agricultural Service Manager

Jonathan Lee Recruitment is looking for an experienced and dedicated Agricultural Service Manager to join our client's inclusive and friendly team. This full-time Agricultural Service Manager (depot) role is based in Herefordshire and offers an attractive salary and benefits package. You'll be working in a busy and inclusive environment to promote the company's services to customers and prospect for additional service work.

As a Workshop Owner, you can expect to profitably manage all workshop and workshop office personnel. You will promote the services of the company to customers, including on-farm visits and prospects for additional service work. At times an element of hands-on working may be required.

To give you an idea of how this Agricultural Service Manager role would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do:

• Attend off-site meetings, both in-house and with suppliers
• Distribute to workshop personnel information as appropriate and keep them informed of any relevant information for the best performance of their job
• Check and be responsible for all service department output in a timely and prompt manner, including warranty claims, customer invoicing, and all forms of paperwork
• Undertake the inspection and receipt of deliveries of whole goods
• Attend to safe working conditions within the workshop and surrounding "yard" area and ensure that good housekeeping is maintained throughout
