This award winning developer specialises in designing, building, and managing luxury holiday villages in remote locations. Their diverse developments include both residential and commercial builds, such as on-site spas. After experiencing significant growth over the past three years, they are now looking to invest in the future of the business by recruiting a Design or Technical Manager to streamline their build process.
In this role you will be tasked with bridging the gap between construction and Design / technical. Responsibilities will include coordinating Architects and Engineers, overseeing layout designs and liaising with Site teams to ensure efficient build. You will also work alongside land teams assisting them with viability reports.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Design or Technical expert who has a residential construction background, who is looking for a premium housebuilder in a brand new role where you will implement processes and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have previous Design or Technical experience, working on residential housing developments, looking for an autonomous role with long term career progression.
