What is Required to Succeed as a Business Development Manager:

- Experience with self-generating leads and building strong rapport with business owners, with confidence to discuss and close deals face-to-face
- Strong sales acumen and target-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and proactive, able to manage time efficiently to achieve and exceed targets
