Trade Marketing Manager

Cranleigh STEM is working exclusively with a leading chemical brand that is recruiting a Trade Marketing Manager to join its team. You will be responsible for developing, planning, and implementing a trade marketing strategy for their 100+ distributors worldwide. This role includes managing digital and in-store communications and collaborating with their B2C marketing teams and commercial account managers to provide top-tier category support.

Hybrid work available: 3 days in office, 2 days from home

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the Trade Marketing & Partnerships Director to build & execute the global trade marketing plans & managing our Trade Marketing Executives.

• Manage & deliver the following key areas:

• Annual calendar of Trade activities
• New product trade launches
• Key product focus communication plans
• POS & display support for our global retailer network
• Trade communications
• Trade Press relationship management
• Strategic customer relationship support
• Trade events planning alongside our Events manager
• Workshop and strategic retail programmes
• Manage all Trade briefs into the content creation teams

Requirements

• Industry knowledge and experience (in particular Bicycle category)
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Microsoft Office
• Strong organisational skills & planning management
• Good attention to detail
• Adaptability and multi-tasker
• Good communications skills to a global customer base
