As Roofing Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed to a high standard, on time, and in line with health and safety regulations.

As a Roofing Supervisor you will be required to:
- Supervise a small team of roofers, bricklayers, and general operatives
- Oversee a number of sites across Bournemouth, Poole and the surrounding areas.
- Ensure all works are completed on time and to the required quality
- Manage health and safety compliance across sites
- Order materials and manage stock levels
- Act as a key point of contact between the team and management
- Monitor progress and addressing any site issues swiftly and efficiently
We want to speak to candidates that have:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or foreman role
- Background/ qualification in roofing
- Knowledge of social housing repair and maintenance contracts
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and hands-on approach
- Full UK driving licence
