We are looking for Project Managers and Engineers at all levels to spearhead various defence, electronics, and military projects. If you have a strong technical background or project management experience in highly regulated industries, we want to hear from you!

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will:

  • Implement strategies within the design phases of projects, communicating status, issues, or changes that may affect delivery performance.
  • Deliver assigned projects and work packages on time and within budget.
  • Engage in the design and development of Radars, Electronic Warfare/Decoys, meeting industry standards and client needs.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of project scopes, including client requirements and manufacturing processes.
  • Oversee and manage budgets across the project life cycle, ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Plan and allocate resources effectively, keeping all teams aligned and on schedule.
  • Assess the technical outputs of suppliers and sub-contractors.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in highly regulated industries such as Defence, Electronics, Space, or Military.
  • A strong technical engineering background or prior experience in a project management role.
  • The ability to tackle leadership challenges while staying hands-on with engineering work.
  • Proficiency in software development tools like LabVIEW and TestStand (certifications like CLD or CLA are advantageous).
  • Familiarity with National Instruments platforms, including Data Acquisition, PXI, RT, RF, and FPGA hardware (desirable).
  • Eligibility to obtain basic Security Clearance (SC).
